SHIPPING POLICY

Lions Roar Fashion is dedicated to delivering your purchases efficiently and reliably, while ensuring full compliance with UK consumer laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping terms, options, and responsibilities for both domestic and international orders.

1. Delivery Timeframes

Our estimated delivery times vary based on the destination and the shipping option selected during checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days from dispatch.

  • UK Express Delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch.

  • International Delivery: 7-14 working days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., holidays), and unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes or severe weather may cause delays. Any such delays will be communicated to customers promptly.

2. Delivery Charges

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method chosen and the destination of the order. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes on international orders. These fees are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country, and Lions Roar Fashion has no control over these charges.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends will be processed the next working day. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking details for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. For domestic deliveries within the UK, standard and express shipping services include door-to-door tracking. For international orders, tracking will be available until the package reaches the destination country, after which the local postal service may take over delivery.

5. Delivery Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Lions Roar Fashion cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect delivery details. If you realize that your delivery address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [insert contact email]. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. However, once the order is shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.

6. Missed Deliveries and Redelivery Attempts

In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to the customer not being available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions. If the package is returned to Lions Roar Fashion due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at an additional shipping cost.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of dispatch (unless a longer delivery timeframe was agreed upon). In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we will investigate the matter with the courier. If the parcel cannot be located after a reasonable investigation period (usually 14 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for international deliveries), we will either resend the item or issue a full refund.

8. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of receipt. Lions Roar Fashion will either arrange a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

9. Partial Deliveries

In some cases, items may be shipped separately if part of your order is delayed or backordered. If this happens, you will not be charged additional shipping fees for the separate shipments. We will notify you if your order is split into multiple deliveries and provide tracking information for each part.

10. International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations. However, delivery times and shipping fees will vary depending on the location. Customers outside the UK may be responsible for additional customs duties, taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country’s customs office. Lions Roar Fashion is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further details, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.

If an international order is refused by customs or the customer, and returned to us, we will refund the cost of the goods minus any shipping fees and return shipping charges. Customers should note that shipping fees for international returns are typically higher than those for the initial outbound delivery.

11. Pre-Orders and Backorders

In the case of pre-orders or items on backorder, shipping times may be longer. Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items will be indicated on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items will be shipped separately to avoid delay, at no additional charge.

12. Changing or Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 up until the point of dispatch. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at [insert contact email]. Once the order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are not possible, and you will need to follow our return and refund process.
