This Payment Policy outlines the methods of payment we accept, how we process payments, and the terms that apply to all transactions, in compliance with UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Payment Services Regulations 2017.

Lions Roar Fashion accepts the following payment methods for both online and in-store purchases:

3. Payment Terms

Full Payment: All products must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. For BNPL options, customers are required to comply with the payment schedule agreed upon with the provider.

Custom Orders: For custom-made or personalized items, a deposit may be required upon placing the order, with the balance due before delivery.

Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the return is processed.
4. Late Payments
For BNPL options, failure to meet payment deadlines may result in additional charges or penalties as stipulated by the BNPL provider’s terms and conditions. Lions Roar Fashion is not responsible for any late fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

5. Cancellations and Modifications
Customers wishing to cancel or modify their order must do so before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the customer must follow the Return and Refund Policy to return any unwanted items.

6. Fraud Prevention
Lions Roar Fashion reserves the right to hold or cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. In such cases, customers may be required to provide additional information to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.
